Juliana Pabon Carrus

Hello! My name is Juliana and I am so very happy you are here. 🌷

I am a dually certified Speech Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience. My expertise is in communication disorders, autism, and clinical decision making. I strive to impact and improve the lives of children and their families by leading effective and happy therapy teams. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Skills Based Treatment, the ADOS, and have a Parenting Science Coaching Certification. I have dedicated my career to increasing socially significant impact based on evidence based practices and look forward to helping you and your family navigate and overcome challenges.

I hold the Secretary position for The Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis as well as a board position for the Effective Leadership Academy. I’m also very excited to support the growth of women’s soccer by investing in a bid to bring a team to Cleveland.

I am originally from Colombia, love coffee, flowers, and books, and can often be found watching sports with one of my 4 beautiful children, 3 naughty dogs, or awesome husband of 23 years.

Mary Margaret Bell

Hi! My name is Mary Margaret. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and also a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA). Additionally, I’m an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist and I’ve been trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m very passionate about connecting with families to make meaningful changes in their lives using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. I have a diverse background working in various clinical settings, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from two years old all the way to early adulthood.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with family, two dogs, wonderful husband and friends. I grew up on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie and am happiest on the water!

Chelsea Kelly

Hi there! My name is Chelsea! I’m a certified Speech Language Pathologist and a ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Services Provider. I’m passionate about establishing functional communication, exploring augmentative and alternative communication, and ADHD intervention. I believe that collaboration with families is absolutely essential for success, as they set goals and celebrate milestones together!

My goal remains clear: to empower individuals to communicate effectively, and I do this with a compassionate and evidence-based approach. It’s really important to me that everyone feels supported on their journey.

When I’m off the clock, I love exploring local restaurants, immersing myself in live music and indulging a knack for spotting every dog nearby.
